We offer customer service as an outsourced service. Our ambition is to deliver very high quality at a favorable cost. Our customer service offers the following services; answering customer inquiries by email or telephone, holdback sales, updating registers, checking financial data, communicating with subscribers, etc.
Subscription customer service, complaints and claims management
Our customer service works purposefully to provide good service by working according to defined routines and methods. All our customers are assigned their own contacts in the customer center who ensure that the cooperation is good. We work actively together with our customers to develop their business.
