We have recently been working on improving the appearance of our selfservice solution.
The improvements have been released as an upgraded version of the interface. There are several new choices to customize the selfservice solution in this upgraded version.
The new version enables a more smooth customer journey when executing critical subscription actions. It has a more targeted customer display depending on the type of subscription the customer has, and there are new types of offboarding processes in conjunction with the subscription-stop feature.
